  • Our Spring Top Dressing services start at $900 and increase based on square footage and options such as scalping and fertilizer additions.  Our Fall Aeration and Overseeding services start at $250, and Compost Top Dressing/Renovation Service starts around $1000.  All of our services are quoted based on ACTUAL measured square footage (not inaccurate satellite estimates) and a Turf Specialist’s assessment of your property and goals.

  • In extreme cases where there’s heavy rainfall just after service, some sand may be displaced/washed out.  This can also happen after fall compost top dressing.  In many situations, this material can simply be smoothed back in place with a broom or light rake.  If necessary, Level Lawns can return and provide a complementary wash-out Touch up.  We ask that you notify us immediately after rain if this is a concern and we will ask for a few pictures so we can ensure our crew is prepared to help.  Touchups will only be scheduled/completed after the invoice for original service is paid.

  • We have really debated this one amongst our team, and the general consensus is that while a hot dog is delicious, portable, and includes a meat between bread, we do NOT feel like it qualifies as a sandwich.  What do you think?

  • Absolutely!  We have worked with groups as large as 40+ homes in entire neighborhoods and are happy to provide the same level of hands on service to measure, assess, and provide pricing for groups.  We can typically provide discounts of 10% or more depending on the total size of yards and number of homes in the group.  We make the process easy and ask that each homeowner submit a quote request online, noting their neighborhood/group name via the comments.  We’ll take it from there!
